...into this one idea out if fear that my motivation will seep away.

Yes! I definitely relate to that because I know my ADHD will get bored, but my autism *really* wants to see things through lol. Another reason to really try to lean in and ride that creative wave.

This is really interesting! I also have these bursts of inspiration and with it usually comes motivation, I want to focus all my energy onto this one idea

Thank you for this insight into one of your creative inspirations wells! I hear you so much on how the creative spark can come at incovenient times--something about that for sure! I often muse on how creative I can feel when biking, hiking, or kayaking and how difficult it can be to translate or transfer that later. Your insight to just be and sit with it, welcome it in, is helpful. I love our beautiful, active minds!

Thank you for sharing, Larry! I think it makes sense that joyful movement could help with creativity, especially if it's amongst nature!

Funny, (and a little spooky)

your post hits as i return from my prayer place this morning where an ignatius spiritual exercise prep suggested a prayer meditation to "consider how God is looking at me with creativity today"

"woof", I say,

as I slowly peek over my shoulder.

Thanks.
